Returns
We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, you may return eligible items within 14 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.
Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, items must:
- Be unused and in their original condition
- Be in their original packaging
- Include all tags and labels
- Be returned within 14 days of delivery
Return Process
To initiate a return, please contact us at info@bryxemarthar.world with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with return instructions and a return authorization number.
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days.
Refunds
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item was defective or we made an error.
Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your account.
Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the desired item.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund, including return shipping costs.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned for hygiene or safety reasons, including:
- Items that have been used or worn
- Items without original packaging
- Personalized or custom-made items
